    We are located wherever you are! Our services are totally mobile, meaning we are able to come to your business or home. If we must, we may take your device with us to perform repairs, however this is only necessary in the most serious cases as majority of issues can be resolved onsite.
  1. What area do you service?
    We service all areas of metropolitan Adelaide.
  1. Is there a charge for call outs?
    If your home or business is located within a 20km radius of the CBD, there is no charge. Beyond that, there will be a charge depending on distance, and this will be communicated with you when we quote the job.
  1. Are your technicians qualified?
    All technicians at Techfix are highly trained and knowledgeable when it comes to computers, making us more than capable of solving your technology problems.
  1. I have a virus, what do I do?
    Call us as soon as you notice something suspicious! We are trained to recognise and remove viruses quickly and efficiently, with our average time being between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the type and amount of damage.
  1. I want to get my computer fixed, but I’m worried about the cost
    We price our services on a case by case basis, and will provide you an approximate quote before commencing work. This way, you are aware of the cost upfront and avoid paying exorbitant fees unnecessarily.
